K-beauty SCINIC Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: SCINIC – Enjoy Perfect Daily Sun Cream EX (SPF 50+ PA+++)

The past two sunscreens I tried were too dewy for my liking – my combination skin was looking really shiny on the T-zone at the end of the day γ… .γ…  Hence I specifically went for Scinic’s Enjoy Perfect Daily Sun Cream EX which claims to have an “airy powdery light application” (Korean translation). This is a hybrid sunscreen with both physical and chemical filters.

To be honest, I was so looking forward to that satin/matte finish, I wasn’t too fussed about the other claims (lightweight, tone up effect). At the same time, I was hoping the sunscreen wouldn’t be drying on the drier areas of my face.. *sigh* the difficulties of finding skincare products for combination skin 😒

Beauty of Joseon K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Beauty of Joseon – Calming Serum

When I first decided to order the Beauty of Joseon Calming Serum, it was because I’d seen a lot of positive reviews and I thought it sounded like something good for my sensitive skin. However after experiencing irritation from another skincare product, I was actually really glad when my order arrived with this serum!

The calming serum contains 76.5% green tea leaf water and 2% panthenol, alongside centella asiatica, mugwort extract, sodium hyaluronate and propolis. Sounds like lots of calming and moisturising benefits for the skin!

K-beauty Make-up Romand

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Romand – See-Through Matte Tint in 04 Red Chain

Confession: this was an unplanned, last-minute purchase when I already have too many lip tints but I hope to justify it in this review… πŸ˜‰

The brand Romand (cruelty-free) really intrigued me, after hearing positive reviews about their products, discovering the reasonable price point and seeing the pretty packaging (of course!) ❀ So far I’ve only tried their Juicy Lasting Tint, which I loved, so I decided it was time to try out their See-Through Matte Tint in 04 Red Chain!

This formulation claims to provide a high colour pay-off as well as being long lasting and creating a see-through matte finish – interesting!

K-beauty Skincare Some By Mi

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Some By Mi – AHA-BHA-PHA 30 Days Miracle Cream

When I first heard about the Some By Mi AHA PHA BHA 30 Days Miracle Cream, it sounded a bit gimmicky, probably the ‘miracle’ part >.< Since then, I’ve heard a lot of people enjoying this cream so I decided to give it a go myself – the high centella asiatica content won me over! πŸ˜‰

The cream claims to exfoliate the skin with AHA, BHA and PHA, as well as strengthen the skin barrier with tea tree leaf water, 700,000ppm centella asiatica and madecassoside. A lot going on!

Isntree K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Isntree – Hyaluronic Acid Perfect Sun Block

After finishing the Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Watery Sun Cream, I was looking for something with the same level of moisture but a less dewy finish. Generally, I like to see a glowiness to my skin but I’m not into the dewy look these days. Maybe it’s just a trend that’s passed for me >.<

Onto the sunscreen I’m reviewing today: Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Perfect Sun Block with SPF 50+ and PA++++. This is a physical sunscreen with titanium dioxide and eight (yes, EIGHT) different types of hyaluronic acid, with a range of molecular sizes. It also contains lactobacillus fermentation products, centella asiatica, niacinamide and ceramides to strengthen the skin barrier.

I'm From K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: I’m From – Mugwort Essence

We have another I’m From product review! πŸ₯³

This time it’s the popular Mugwort Essence which I purchased hoping it would calm and soothe my sensitive skin! Since this is my first time trying mugwort, I went for the mini size since no-one knows how sensitive skin is going to react (or any skin really)…

This essence is 100% Artemisia Princeps Extract (aka pure mugwort), grown for 3 years in Ganghwa before being fermented and purified through Slow Release Extraction to maximise the nutrient content.

Cosrx K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Cosrx – BHA Blackhead Power Liquid

Can you believe this product has been on my wishlist since 2016?

Yes, exactly, it has taken me 5 years to buy it since I kept finding other products I wanted to buy instead γ… .γ…  Anyway, I FINALLY got to try out Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid and I was really hoping it would revolutionize my skincare routine (as I expect all products to do) πŸ™‚

Typical of Cosrx products, this one has a minimal ingredients list and simple packaging at an affordable price point. It contains 4% of Betaine Salicylate which is meant to reduce blackheads and pore size as well as decrease excess sebum.

3CE K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: 3CE – Velvet Lip Tint (New Nude & Pink Break)

I’ve been looking at the 3CE Velvet Lip Tints for a while and I finally made the decision to buy a couple of the shades and try out the velvet formula. Yayy πŸ˜€ There were so many shades to chose from, with a mix of everyday pinks and reds as well as purpley mauve shades and mlbb nudes ❀

After watching many swatch videos and reading reviews (like this one πŸ˜‰), I was curious as to whether they were as good as they seemed. I’m always the sceptical one haha~ I purchased New Nude (“a warm peach beige”) and Pink Break (“a natural pink”).

I'm From K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: I’m From – Rice Toner

I’ve been seeing a lot of I’m From products gaining popularity – specifically the I’m From Rice Toner, Mugwort Essence and their Mugwort and Honey masks. However, the full sizes are pretty pricey so I decided to try the mini sizes first and see just how good they are πŸ™‚

Today’s review is the Rice Toner which contains 77.78% (very specific!) of Goa rice which is sourced from Yeoju in Korea, claiming to clean, clear and smooth the skin as well as providing a glow from the inside. I could do with some glow haha~

Heimish K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Heimish – All Green Clean Foam

I finally decided to put my favourite Holika Holika cleanser on hold, in order to try out some new products (and hopefully find something just as good). Please welcome the first candidate which is the Heimish All Clean Green Foam, which has a nice rhyme in there!

It meets all my requirements for a cleanser so far – a low acidic pH of 5.5, foams up nicely (I’m hoping anyway) and sounds like it would be gentle on my sensitive skin 🀞It also claims to keep the skin moist after washing the face which is a claim that will be put to the test!

Aritaum K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW:  Aritaum – Idol Real Lash Fixer

Since I really enjoyed using Etude House Dr. Mascara Fixer in Perfect Lash, I was looking for a tinted fixer that could do the job of a clear fixer and mascara in one. Sounds smart, right?

The choice was between Aritaum Idol Real Lash Fixer and Etude House Dr. Mascara Color Fixer. After some research, the Aritaum one was much more accessible so I went with that one!

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Play Color Eyes in #Cherry Blossom

This is my third Etude House Play Color Eyes palette, this time in #Cherry Blossom which is a soft pink spring-themed palette. When it comes to eyeshadows, my favourite colours to wear are peach/orange or pink so that justified buying this one, right?

Like the other palettes I’ve tried (#Wine Party and #Peach Farm), this one has a mix of mattes, glitters and shimmers in different tones of pink. There is also a warm brown shade which works well as a transition shade πŸ™‚

Etude House K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream

The Soon Jung line originally caught my attention since it was aimed at those with sensitive skin – that’s me! A couple of years ago, I tried the mini version of the Soon Jung line which had the toner, cream, emulsion and cica balm. It’s actually a pretty good way to decide whether you should invest in the full size versions or not!

Since I was a fan of the Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream, I purchased the full size for my winter skincare routine. (I also enjoyed the cica balm but the toner didn’t do anything for me and I’m not an emulsion person lol). The cream claims to soothe the skin and maintain its oil-water balance. Sounds helpful for my combination skin!

Innisfree K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Innisfree – Blueberry Rebalancing Watery Sun Cream SPF 45 PA+++

Welcome to the next chapter of my sunscreen chronicles…

After finishing my previous sunscreen (Purito Comfy Water Sunblock), I decided to look for a moisturising sunscreen. I have sensitive combo-dry skin and have found quite a few physical sunscreens are too drying for my skin γ… γ…  However I’m still determined to find a moisturising physical one since I think my sensitive skin prefers them over chemical formulas :/

Onto the Innisfree Blueberry Rebalancing Watery Sun Cream! I love the cleanser from this line so I had high hopes for the sunscreen. It claims to use a Water Splash texture that feels like water bursting on the skin – nice! As well as claiming to be lightweight, providing rich moisture and having no white cast, it seems like everything I want!

K-beauty Laneige Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Laneige – Water Sleeping Mask

Yes! It’s the cult beauty favourite sleeping mask from Laneige! At last! XD Honestly, I’ve been into K-Beauty for several years but for some reason I was just never enthusiastic enough about this one to try it. Until now πŸ™‚

So the famous Laneige Water Sleeping Mask claims to provide intense moisture overnight, leaving your skin clear and bright. What a dream, says my combo-dry skin. The idea of putting on a mask, going to sleep then waking up with great skin sounds fantastic but does it really work? Let’s find out then…

K-beauty Make-up Moonshot

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Moonshot – Micro Correctfit Cushion (#201)

Welcome to the first post of 2021! Hope you are ready hehe..

I kept hearing and seeing a lot about Moonshot cushions last year, specifically the Correctfit, SettingFit and the Glassyfit ones. So I did some research… and Correctfit sounded like it would be the best for my combo-dry skin πŸ™‚ Not to mention the packaging was gorgeous and it was pretty affordable too ❀

This cushion foundation claims to have high coverage, feel lightweight and be long-lasting throughout the day. To be honest, that sounds a little too good to be true to me! >.<

Best of Make-up: 2020

It’s now the end of 2020: a good time to have a look over my favourite make-up products which I’ve used throughout the year!

I’ve compiled a lineup of all my favourite make-up products of the year (I’ve also got a skincare one!) under each category. There are also some non-K-beauty products included ^.^ Enjoy~!

Cosrx Etude House Holika Holika Innisfree Isntree K-beauty Skincare

Best of Skincare: 2020

Wow look at that – 2020 is already over!

Not that I’m complaining >.< This year has been all over the place and I’m hoping for things to get better in 2021. Let’s try and stay positive!

Since starting this blog in March, I’ve really enjoyed reviewing make-up and skincare products and forming a collection of all the K-beauty products I’ve tried πŸ™‚ Although things have been busy lately with uni work (final year dissertation γ… γ… ), I’m gonna try my best to keep this project going!

To celebrate the end of 2020, I’ve compiled a lineup of all my favourite skincare products of the year (check out my make-up one too!) under each category. There are also a few non-K-beauty products included ^.^ Enjoy!

K-beauty Real Barrier Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Real Barrier – Intense Moisture Cream

Before trying this product, I hadn’t heard of Real Barrier or any of their products so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This was actually a last minute add-on to my online purchase (gotta get that free shipping)!

Nevertheless, I eagerly tested out the Real Barrier Intense Moisture Cream, since intense moisture sounded like it would be a great thing for my dry combo skin ^.^

K-drama Thriller

K-DRAMA REVIEW: Strangers From Hell

Looking to get into a new thriller? You’ve come to the right place πŸ˜‰ Just hearing the title Strangers From Hell tells you this is gonna be one of those creepy thrillers not for the faint-hearted (which I happen to love XD).

An added bonus for me was that the drama was only 10 episodes so not as big as time commitment as one of those 20 episode ones – yes I’m a bit lazy when it comes to k-drama γ… γ…  – and ALSO Lee Dong-Wook is one of the leads πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

A'pieu K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: A’pieu – Juicy Pang Mousse Tint (#CR01 Peach)

When I first heard about mousse tints, the name intrigued me. Would it be like a softer matte that is suitable for dry lips? Would it be moisturising enough without being glossy? Would it transform my lip tint game? That’s what I hoped anyway lol.

Fast forward a few months and I decided to purchase the A’pieu Juicy Pang Mousse Tint in CR01 #Peach (took me ages to choose a shade since they all looked so good γ… γ… ).

A'pieu K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: A’pieu – Juicy Pang Tint (#RD01 Apple)

I’ve heard a lot about A’pieu’s Juicy Pang tints while deciding what lip tint to try out next – these are glossy lip tints which claim to be comfortable and moisturising! Aka great for drier lips like mine \^.^/ I bought mine in the shade #RD01 Apple since I don’t have any red lip tints (it always felt too bold for me >.<).

K-beauty MacQueen Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: MacQueen – Waterproof Pen Liner (#02 Deep Brown)

It’s been a while since my last post since I’ve been busier lately with work and uni but I will try to get new posts out when I can! Today I will be reviewing the MacQueen Waterproof Pen Liner in #02 Deep Brown which I purchased from Yesstyle (no sponsor, I wish).

I used to really enjoy using liquid liners and for some reason I can’t remember, I stopped using them and switched to gel liners and pencil liners. Anyway, I was really excited to try this one out since the main things I look for in a liner are no smudging or transfer during the day, and ease of drawing a nice, sharp wing πŸ™‚

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Dr. Mascara Fixer in Perfect Lash

One of the biggest struggles I’ve had with make-up is getting my lashes to hold a curl with mascara. As a person blessed with super straight Asian lashes, they usually fall flat again, moments after applying a mascara or a few minutes after curling with a lash curler πŸ˜₯

When I first heard about the Etude House Dr Mascara Lash Fixer in #01 Perfect Lash, I was excited but also a bit sceptical. I wasn’t sure if anything could really get my lashes to curl nicely but I decided to try it out!

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Play Color Eyes in #Peach Farm

When I was first getting into K-beauty, I heard and saw a lot about Etude House Play Color Eye palettes. Despite some saying Korean eyeshadows aren’t very pigmented, I still wanted to give them a go! I decided to buy Etude House Play Color Eyes in #Peach Farm which is a 10-shade eye shadow palette with a mix of browns, peachy oranges and reddish shades. Sounds perfect for spring or summer, right? :3

Innisfree K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Innisfree – No-Sebum Mineral Powder

Innisfree’s No-Sebum Mineral Powder is one of the popular K-beauty powders and there are even several other versions such as No-Sebum Blur Powder and No-Sebum Moisture Powder. I also came across the No-Sebum Mineral Colour Powder for colour correction!

Personally, I like to use a powder only on the T-zone area of my face which can get a bit oily by the end of the day (and VERY oily in summer). The rest of my face is dry so I avoid powdering those areas :3

Cosrx K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Cosrx – Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Cream

Hello and welcome to another skincare review! πŸ™‚ This time I will be reviewing the Cosrx Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Cream which, as a person with combo-dry skin, sounds promising!

Previously, I have had a bit of a hit or miss with Cosrx products, which I’m sad to say since I love the minimal ingredients lists and the fact they are cruelty free and against animal testing! For instance, I am a big fan of their Ultimate Nourishing Rice Overnight Spa Mask however I did not enjoy the Ultimate Moisturizing Honey Overnight Mask as much :/

Let’s see how this hyaluronic acid cream compares…

Action Comedy K-drama

K-DRAMA REVIEW: Good Casting

When I first heard about Good Casting, I knew this would be a K-drama for me to see – it’s got the comedy and the detective action which I love in dramas! I was intrigued since the concept was a bit different from the usual experienced detective team working together to solve a crime! In Good Casting, the “team” is comprised of whoever they can find – a rookie agent who is a single mother, a retired agent who is a housewife and a legendary black agent.

K-beauty Purito Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Purito – Comfy Water Sunblock

Recently, I’ve been seeing a lot about Purito sunscreens online and I was excited to find they had a 100% physical sunscreen! The Purito Comfy Water Sun Block is also essential oil free and claims to have a light texture without stickiness – looks promising to me πŸ™‚

Fantasy K-drama Romance Sageuk

K-DRAMA REVIEW: The King: Eternal Monarch

The King: Eternal Monarch is a little different from the genres I’m currently enjoying… but I thought I’d give it a go, especially since the leads are Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun! This is a sageuk (historical), romance and fantasy K-drama set between two parallel worlds in Korea/Corea. The parallel world part intrigued me the most ^.^

Keep reading to hear my take on this K-drama~!

K-beauty Make-up Romand

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Romand – Juicy Lasting Tint (#01 Juicy Oh!)

Today I’m reviewing the very popular Romand Juicy Lasting Tint which I have been looking at for a long time (while saving some money to buy it!).

I was particularly excited to try this lip tint since it is meant to be moisturizing and glossy which sounds great to someone with dry lips πŸ™‚ Also, the colour range is pretty wide so there were lots to choose from! Eventually, I narrowed it down to #01 Juicy Oh! since I don’t have any lip tints in this shade~

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Any Cushion All Day Perfect Cushion (N02 Pure)

When I visited Etude House in Korea, I wasn’t planning on buying anything specifically. Let’s just say I came away with a lot more than expected haha~ One of my purchases was the Etude House Any Cushion All Day Perfect in #N02 Pure (thanks to a good sales assistant!).

I have had a hard time finding the right cushion formula for my combination skin since it needs to be moisturising for drier areas but also have a good lasting power on oilier areas. I decided to give the recommended cushion a go since my favourite cushion had been discontinued (Etude House Mild AC Clean Up BB Cushion: RIP) γ… γ…

Holika Holika K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Holika Holika – Good Cera Super Ceramide Foaming Wash

So during the whole corona lockdown, my favourite cleanser Holika Holika Less on Skin Redness Calming Cica Cleansing Foam decided to run out o.o Since this wasn’t available to repurchase (due to difficulties in international shipping and everything going on), I ended up ordering the Holika Holika Good Cera Super Ceramide Foaming Wash!

Now I had particularly high hopes for this cleanser since my current favourite cleanser is from the same brand, plus it is pH balanced and claims to be suitable for dry and sensitive skin.

Cosrx K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Cosrx – Clear Fit Master Patch

When I was first getting into K-beauty, I heard a lot of people talking about the famous Cosrx spot patches, specifically the Acne Pimple Master Patch, which I tried but wasn’t completely in love with. Then Cosrx came out with the new Clear Fit Master Patch which is meant to be ultra thin to make it less obvious that you are wearing a patch!

Read on to hear which pimple patch I preferred and why πŸ™‚

Crime K-drama Teen Drama

K-DRAMA REVIEW: Extracurricular

I have been hearing Extracurricular mentioned a lot by other k-drama fans so I decided to give it a watch! This k-drama is a bit darker, controversial and more serious than the other dramas I have been watching recently – sometimes it’s nice to try something different haha~ It’s based at a high school (a teen drama) so the characters are students and the drama centers around the hardships that students face, with a strong crime element…

If you are interested in hearing my review, keep on reading ^.^

Innisfree K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Innisfree – Glow Tint Lip Balm (#04 Calendula)

I have been a tinted lip balm fan before even getting into K-beauty – they are just so easy to use, convenient, “no fuss” products! I came across the Innisfree Glow Tint Lip Balm in #04 Calendula during my Korea travels. What caught my attention was the bright orange colour! I had seen Korean orange, fruity make-up looks before and was intrigued to see how this colour would look on me >.<

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Play Color Eyes in #Wine Party

Today I will be reviewing the Etude House Play Color Eyes eyeshadow palette in #Wine Party. This is an autumn/winter themed palette with a mixture of brown and burgundy shades alongside gold glitters. There is a range of mattes, glitters and shimmers in this palette. As this was my second eyeshadow palette from Etude House, I was keen to find out if it was as good as the first (Play Color Eyes in #Peach Farm)!

Keep reading to hear about my experience with this palette~!

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Colorful Tattoo Tint (BR401 Wild Rumor, PK002 Naughty Hipster)

Since Korea is known for its lip tints, I picked up several different brands and formulas of lip tints when I visited last year. One of these was Etude House Colorful Tattoo Tint which I bought in 2 shades – PK002 Naughty Hipster and BR401 Wild Rumor. Both shades looked quite unique and different when I swatched them πŸ™‚

Fantasy K-drama Mystery

K-DRAMA REVIEW: 365: Repeat the Year

Ahh so I have to say that thrillers and mysteries are my ultimate favourite genre to watch! This time I’m reviewing a mystery K-drama called 365: Repeat the Year. The idea of being able to go back in time and repeat part of your life brings up so many questions – would you be able to change what happens or is there a predestined fate? If you’re intrigued, this might be a great K-drama for you ^.^

A'pieu K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: A’pieu – Eye Glitter (#06 Frozen Space)

After looking at various Korean style make-up looks, I noticed eye glitters were quite popular, used under the eyes or on top of the lids. I purchased the A’pieu Eye Glitter to see if I can create a similar eye look to the ones I’ve seen. I chose this one specifically because it does not have big glitter particles in – they are really fine particles! This should help to create a more everyday glitter look πŸ™‚

Read on to hear how I found this eye glitter!

K-beauty Make-up Rire

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Rire – Luxe Liquid Shadow (#02 Pink Dress)

As a fan of eyeshadow palettes, I was curious about trying liquid eyeshadows such as the Rire Luxe Liquid Shadow. This kind of eyeshadow product applies as a liquid then dries down to an eyeshadow. So I decided to test it out and see if I preferred liquid shadows or powder shadows!

K-DRAMA REVIEW: Psychopath Diary

Today I will be doing a K-drama review! I have been a fan of K-drama for at least 5 years and it’s definitely an important part of my Hallyu lifestyle hehe.. I just finished watching Psychopath Diary which aired a few months ago which is a thriller comedy drama filled with plot twists πŸ™‚

K-beauty Make-up Tony Moly

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Tony Moly – Petite Bunny Gloss Bar (#03 Juicy Apple)

Today I will be reviewing the Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bar in #3 Juicy Apple as my study break γ… γ…  This was actually the first K-beauty lip product I owned and I was looking for a simple tinted lip balm which I could wear without any fuss or worrying about how dry my lips were o.O

K-beauty Make-up Peripera

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Peripera – Ink Airy Velvet (#04 Pretty Pink, #05 Genius Rosy Pink) 2019 Edition

Finally I have got round to trying some of the famous Peripera lip tints! I purchased the Ink Airy Velvet in 04 Pretty Pink and 05 Genius Rosy Pink (yes I like pink lip tints :3). These are the 2019 version which have a new packaging and formula. There is so much hype around these lip tints so I really wanted to try them for myself and see how good they really are!

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Tear Drop Liner (#03 Pearl Tear)

Today I am going to review Etude House Tear Drop liner in the shade 03 Pearl Tear. This is an eye glitter which can be applied on the eyelid, under the eye, in the inner corners or however you want! Another popular Etude House product, I wanted to give it a try and see how sparkly it makes my eyes look haha

K-beauty Make-up The Saem

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: The Saem – Cover Perfection Tip Concealer (#01 Clear Beige)

The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer is a very popular K-beauty concealer due to its high coverage formula. When I visited Korea last summer, I picked this up as soon as I saw it since I have read many good reviews about it and I was on the lookout for a new concealer.

If you are curious how it worked for me, keep reading ^.^

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Bling Bling Eye Stick (#16 Pinky Star Rain)

I love my eyeshadow palettes but when I heard about eyeshadow sticks, I was really interested in trying them. One of the first ones I tried was Etude House Bling Bling Eye Stick in the shade #16 Pinky Star Rain. When I tested the colour on the back of my hand, it was so pretty – a bronze with pink glitter – that I had to add it to my eyeshadow collection! Here is a review of my experience with this product πŸ™‚

Etude House K-beauty Make-up

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Etude House – Proof 10 Eye Primer

Eye primers are a must if you have oily eyelids (like me) or if you have eyelids which touch your eye make up throughout the day (also like me). I was used to seeing my eyeshadows creasing within an hour or two before I decided to try out the Etude House Proof 10 Eye Primer. If you’re interested in my experience with this product, keep on reading :3

Isntree K-beauty Skincare

K-BEAUTY REVIEW: Isntree – Sensitive Balancing Sun Protection+

When it comes to sunscreens, I tend to go for physical/mineral formulas rather than chemical formulas, since I have sensitive skin. I have found that the UV filters in physical sunscreens tend to be less irritating to my sensitive skin.

Isntree is a brand which opposes animal testing and uses ‘reliable natural ingredients’ which appeals to me. Alongside trying the Isntree C-Niacin Toning Ampoule, I put the Isntree Sensitive Balancing Sun Protection+ to the test.

Read on if you want to know how this product worked for me!
